Acceptable Use Policy

EliteSLink profiles must be safe for visitors and honest about who they represent. You must not:

• Impersonate another person or create a fake profile.
• Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or misleading photos of someone else.
• Post spam, phishing, malware or deceptive links.
• Post hate, harassment, threats or violence.
• Promote illegal goods, services or activities.
• Attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service, or automate account creation or reports.

Photographs

EliteSLink is a non-explicit visual profile platform. These rules apply to profile photos, cover photos, gallery photos and photo-link thumbnails. You must not upload:

• Pornographic photographs or sexually explicit imagery.
• Explicit nudity or visible genitals.
• Depictions of sexual acts.
• Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Intimate images of anyone shared without their permission.
• Stolen photographs or photographs you are not authorised to use.
• Illegal or otherwise prohibited visual content.

Fashion, swimwear, lingerie, glamour and other non-explicit modelling photographs are allowed; showing skin alone is not a violation. Before your first upload, and again whenever these guidelines change, you must confirm the Photo Upload Guidelines.

Photos are not checked automatically. Violations may lead to content removal, profile suspension or permanent account termination, as described in the Terms of Service.

Reporting

Anyone can report a profile through the "Report" link at the bottom of it. Reports are reviewed manually. We may dismiss a report, unpublish the profile, or suspend the account.
