Terms of Service

The service

EliteSLink lets you publish a personal profile with photos, links and social accounts at your own web address. The service is provided by Gill's Digital Studio, based in the European Union. Contact: gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com.

Your account

You must be at least 21 years old to register, purchase a subscription, create a profile or apply for Photo Verified. Registration requires an age confirmation. You must provide a valid email and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Membership

EliteSLink Premium costs €79 per year and renews automatically at €79/year unless cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time through Dashboard → Billing → Cancel automatic renewal, or contact us for assistance. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access until that period expires.

Subscription refunds and withdrawal

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, subject to applicable consumer law and any legally valid exceptions or deductions. After the statutory withdrawal period, refunds are not routinely provided for a change of mind; legally required refunds and remedies remain available. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded.

To request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund, email gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com with the account email and relevant payment reference. You do not have to use any particular wording to exercise a statutory right.

Photo Verified

Photo Verified is optional and separate from membership. You submit a manual photo-authenticity application; administrators review it before offering payment. Rejected applicants are not charged. Approved applicants may pay €19 once to activate the badge. The blue badge appears only after administrator approval and confirmed payment. It indicates that the account holder resembles their profile photos; payment and the badge do not establish legal identity. We may revoke it if concerns arise.

Photo Verified refunds and withdrawal rights comply with applicable law. Duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded. Requests may be sent to the contact email above.

Consumer rights, early supply and checkout

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Digital services do not automatically become nonrefundable immediately after activation. Where legally required, we must obtain separate, express consent to begin supplying a service during the withdrawal period and clearly explain any legally applicable effect on withdrawal rights. Any legally required acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights must also be obtained; an age confirmation or general acceptance of terms is not that consent.

Before checkout, we must clearly disclose the total price and any applicable taxes, automatic renewal and renewal price, cancellation procedure, and refund and withdrawal terms. Live payments remain unavailable until the payment provider and legally required disclosures and consent steps are approved.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to host and display it to provide the service. You must have the rights to everything you upload and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may remove content, unpublish profiles or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Serious or repeated content-policy violations may lead to permanent account termination. Decisions are made by manual review; an unverified report alone does not lead to permanent termination, while urgent illegal or harmful content may be restricted immediately and escalated to the appropriate authorities. You may dispute a decision by emailing gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com.

Terminations for content-policy violations are not normally eligible for discretionary refunds. This does not affect any withdrawal right, refund right or other remedy you have under applicable consumer protection law, and billing records we are legally required to keep are retained. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Liability and law

We are liable as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and nothing reduces the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
